Duggy

Local cricket club management, all in one app

Running a local cricket club means being a captain, treasurer, kit manager and event organiser at once. Duggy puts the whole job in one place - members, matches, money, tournaments, merchandise and announcements - with apps for Android, iPhone and the web, built for how Indian clubs actually run.

The money side is built in

Most club tools stop at fixtures. Duggy's core is a proper club ledger - every contribution, match split, tournament kitty and store order lands on a member's statement, and everyone sees their own live balance. If the books are your biggest headache, start with cricket club accounting - it's the same app. Collecting dues is the match fee collection flow, and match-day costs run through the cricket team expense tracker.

Frequently asked questions

What does a cricket club management app do?

It replaces the WhatsApp-group-plus-spreadsheet setup: one place for the member roster, match squads, shared money, tournaments, club merchandise and announcements - with native apps so every member carries the club in their pocket.

How do members join our club on Duggy?

Share an invite or join link. Members sign in with their WhatsApp-verified TinTorch account, so the roster maps to real, reachable people - no passwords to reset.

Can we manage matches and availability?

Yes - create matches, collect availability, pick squads, and record expenses that split into per-player charges automatically. Cricheroes match import is supported on paid plans.

How does the money side work?

Duggy's core is a full club ledger: contributions, match splits, dues and statements with a live balance per member. The cricket club accounting page covers it in depth.

Does Duggy handle club tournaments?

Tournaments come with per-member kitty top-ups paid in advance and goodies distribution, all flowing through the same ledger as everything else.

What about renting our ground or running player auctions?

Two add-ons: the cricket ground booking system lets the public book and pay for your venue's slots online, and the cricket auction app runs IPL-style live player auctions. Your first auction is free.

What roles exist - who can do what?

Managers run the club: roster, matches, money review, store, announcements. Players see their own balance, statement, matches and store. The club owner additionally controls billing and add-ons.

Can we sell club jerseys and kit?

Yes - the club store lists products with photos, members order in-app, and charges land on their statements. Managers track orders through to delivery.

How do announcements reach members?

Announcements go out with push notifications to the Android and iPhone apps, and support comments and reactions - club news stops drowning in the WhatsApp group.

Is our club's data locked in?

No - CSV import brings your existing records in, and CSV export takes everything out whenever you want. The ledger is append-only, so history is never silently rewritten.

Is Duggy a scoring app like Cricheroes?

No - Duggy manages the club, not ball-by-ball scoring. They pair well: paid plans import Cricheroes matches so real fixtures drive squads and expense splits.

What does cricket club management on Duggy cost?

Free for clubs up to 20 players and 5 matches a month. Paid plans start at ₹1,999/year and raise limits, add UPI collection with a branded QR, CSV import/export and custom branding.

Which platforms does the Duggy club app support?

Android, iPhone and the full web app - same account, same data everywhere.
