Our Commitment
At Duggy, we stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with your cricket club management experience, we offer fair refund options based on your specific situation and usage.
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. We believe in transparent, customer-friendly policies that protect your investment.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase
- Technical issues preventing service usage for more than 72 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service downtime exceeding 24 hours in a month
Eligible for Partial Refund
- Cancellation within 30 days with minimal service usage
- Downgrade to a lower plan (refund the difference)
- Pro-rated refund for unused months (case-by-case basis)
- Service migration to competitor (with proof)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation after 30 days of active usage
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Request after subscription auto-renewal
- Change of mind without valid reason after 30 days
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Initiate Cancellation
Go to Account Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirmation Required
Confirm your cancellation and provide reason (optional)
Data Retention Period
Your club data remains accessible until subscription expires
Final Data Export
Download your club data before subscription expires
Account Deactivation
Club becomes read-only, then deactivated after grace period
Refund Request Process
How to Request

- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
Processing Time
- UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Email confirmation sent once processed
Important Terms & Conditions
Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Refunds for auto-renewals are not automatically granted but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Data Retention
After cancellation, your club data remains accessible until subscription expiry. You have 7 additional days to export your data. After this grace period, data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Fair Usage Policy
Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction or service issues. Abuse of refund policy, including repeated subscriptions and cancellations, may result in account restrictions.
