Acceptable use & store policy

Duggy is for cricket clubs. The store and product requests are for genuine, simple cricket and club items only - jerseys, caps, kit bags, bats, balls, gloves, pads, shoes, water bottles, club merchandise and the like.

Strictly prohibited

Listing, selling or requesting any of the following is not allowed and will be removed; repeat or serious violations end the account:

• Weapons - firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives or any weapon.
• Drugs & doping - illegal drugs, narcotics, and performance-enhancing or doping substances (e.g. anabolic steroids).
• Medicines & pharmaceuticals - prescription or over-the-counter medicines, supplements making medical claims, injections.
• Alcohol & tobacco - alcohol, tobacco, vaping/e-cigarettes, nicotine.
• Sexual / adult products or content.
• Gambling & betting of any kind.
• Counterfeit, stolen, hazardous or otherwise illegal goods.

How we enforce it

• Listings are screened automatically when created; obvious violations are blocked.
• Duggy admins review club stores and may pull any item that breaches this policy.

If you think something was blocked in error, contact support. When in doubt, keep it to cricket.
